A rich buffet breakfast is included in the price

A parking garage is available and open 24 hours a day.
Rates vary depending on the size of the vehicle (approx. 30/35 Euro)

How many floors are there and is there an elevator?
The Mediterraneo Hotel has 10 floors and 2 elevators
The Massimo d'Azeglio Hotel has 5 floors and 2 elevators
The Atlantico Hotel has 5 floors and 1 elevator
The Nord Nuova Roma Hotel has 7 floors and 2 elevators

Are there TV's in the rooms? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, each room has a TV with international channels.

Does each room have a telephone that can dial directly outside?
Yes, all rooms have direct telephone lines.

Is it possible to connect to internet in my room?
Yes, all Hotels have internet WIFI free

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Self regulated air conditioning is available in all rooms and included in the price.

Are there non-smoking rooms available?
Yes, upon request. The Hotel has set aside a number of rooms for non-smokers.

Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property? Is there WI-FI?
Both an Internet Point and WI-FI are available.

Which languages are spoken at the reception?

The nearest subway station is the "A" or Red Line at Termini Railway Station, approximately 100 m from the hotel.

Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath, etc.)?
The Hotel Mediterraneo and the Hotel Nord Nuova Roma have a modern and well-equipped fitness center

Yes, small animals are allowed.

Does the hotel accept credit cards?
Yes, the hotel accepts all major credit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?
Prior notice of 48 hours is required for cancellations. Failure to cancel or no-show will result in the amount for one night being charged. All personal data will be required for third-party reservations. CONFIRMATION FOR A RESERVATION CANNOT BE MADE FOR VISA OR CONSULATE PURPOSES.

Is it possible to purchase tickets to museums and events through the Hotel?
Yes, our Concierge will be happy to provide help regarding tickets for museums and events.

Do you offer laundry services?
We offer same-day laundry services, holidays excluded.

Can you help with a rental car?
Yes, our Concierge will be happy to help you. There are several car rental agencies in the area and our Concierge will be happy to help you choose one.
