A butler in the hotel to satisfy your needs
The staff of the hotel is always keen to meet its customer’s requests, such as getting tickets for events in Rome, renting a car, requesting a baby-sitter. The front desk can get all the information about schedules of events, shows, exhibitions and concerts, train schedules, car rentals, shopping, laundry, you name it! The concierge can also advise you on restaurants and make reservations for you.
PARKING
An Exclusive Treatment for Your Car
There is a 24 hour secured garage available to hotel guests.
Costs may depend on the size of the car (30/35 Euro per day).
Payment is requested directly from the garage and we recommend telling the front desk prior to your arrival that you will be needing parking facilities.
ROOM SERVICE
Treat Yourself
Room service is available from 6.30 am till midnight.
From 6.30 am to 10.30 am you can order breakfast.
During the opening hours of the restaurant you can have starters or main courses available on the menu of the day.
In addition, throughout the day, you can request drinks, sandwiches or cold dishes such as salads, cold meats and cheeses.

To feel great away from home
Two modern equipped gyms are available to guests.
At the Nord Hotel and at the Hotel Mediterraneo, where you can also book Shiatsu, Ayurvedic, anti-stress or relaxation massages, and aromatherapy.
